Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By registering, logging in, or using any part of the Optibix service, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to trade derivatives or digital options in your country. You warrant that information supplied during registration is accurate and kept up to date.

3. Services

Optibix provides online access to short-duration digital contracts on underlying market prices. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue instruments, payout structures, or platform features at our discretion with notice where practicable.

4. Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and devices. Notify us immediately of unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts pending investigation of suspicious activity.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification, minimum/maximum limits, processing times, and third-party payment network availability. Fees are disclosed at checkout or in the platform wallet section. We are not liable for delays caused by banks, M-Pesa, or blockchain congestion.

6. No advice

Content on the platform is for general information only and does not constitute investment, tax, or legal advice. You trade at your own risk.

7. Intellectual property

Software, branding, charts, and documentation are owned by or licensed to Optibix Markets Limited. You receive a limited, revocable licence for personal use while your account remains in good standing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, loss of profits, or platform downtime except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable regulation.

9. Termination

You may close your account by contacting support. We may terminate or restrict access for breach of these terms, regulatory requirements, or risk management decisions.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Optibix Markets Limited as stated in your account agreement, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated in your client agreement or, failing that, the courts of England and Wales.
